Align & Flow
For students who enjoy a dynamic practice. Sequences will focus on a slow and building flow that encourages holding poses to allow for exploration of alignment and strength building in each pose and throughout the transitions. This energizing and empowering practice will allow students to build strength and stability in their practice.


Gentle Yoga
Appropriate for students who have yoga experience, but need or want a gentler approach to their practice. Students are encouraged to embrace and challenge their practice wherever they are. Use of common household items in place of props will be discussed. It will be helpful if participants could set up near a wall space.


Mid-Week Mix
Enjoy this mid-week break to help get you through until the weekend. This class is appropriate for all levels.


Yoga 1
This class will begin with centering and breath work and move through warm-ups into beginner standing poses.


Yoga 1/2
This class will begin with centering and breath work and move through warm-ups into a more active beginner practice.


Yoga 2
This class will begin with centering and Pranayama and move through warm-ups into a more active practice. The focus will be on building strength and refining alignment in the poses.


No Stress Yoga
We will explore a variety of practices to release stress and tension from your body including Pranayama (breath work), Yoga, Meditation and Accupressure.


Yoga for Teens & Tweens
A continuation of our Kids Yoga Program, this class will allow Yogis ages 8-14 to continue to develop their practice in a mindful, fun way. Age appropriate games and activities will be incorporated as our Young Yogis gather tools to help with relaxation, strength and resilience as well as self-care.
